Well let me tell you a nice story

Not in the way you expected by reading the sentence above but in a nice way for me.
As I told you earlier there were 3 legs and the best 2 times added made your final time.
I was the fastest in leg 1 and 3 by 2 and 4 tenths respectively. In leg 2 I was 3rd, half a second slower but...
Leg1 47:83 + penalty 5 seconds - I barley touched a cone but on top of it there was a tennis ball. If the ball fell off the cone you had a penalty
Leg2 48:91
Leg3 46:91 + penalty 5 seconds - same as above, I pushed because I had to.
Next best lap anyone achieved was 47.16 I think. Again these guys were all with racing experience (rally driving school, or took part in local racing events).
I was the fastest guy there and you cannot imagine how proud I am even though I didn't have 2 legs without penalty.
The rally pilots told me that I was the best they've seen so far from 60 drivers in the 2 events so far (3 in total, 30 drivers each event), and that it will be silly of me not to register again for the the final event, as they will pick me again if I do that. That is even more impressive as I had no racing experience at all. In 2 days I managed from being last in the top 10, to be the fastest by far. I learned a lot very fast and put into practice. It seems I have a really nice sensor in my ass

Ok enough with the modesty :-p
I have another chance in the last of the 3 events, that will be held in a couple of weeks, but the question for me is: Do I really want to be a racing pilot in 2011?
I will sleep on it and think very well on what chance I've been given and what my talent can deliver. It's really a huge decision that can change my life completely. There are a lot of variables I must consider, and I hope I'll take the right decision.
Thanks all for being with your hearts near me and I'll let you know on my decision soon.
